Solution, emails arrive in outlook as Spam and Gmail it does not keep the CSS styles.

Please check Your DNS records SPF and TXT. You most probably are not using the same exit hostname for the server sending the mails for a particular domain and/or are not listing the server hostname as authorized mailing server for your domain.
