Save/Override templates

Hello, when preparing a newsletter, I like to save it regularly in order not to lose any changes by an accidental "previous page" manipulation. But it looks like it's not possible to save it to an existing one, so I get a lot of versions ans it's quite hard to find which is the good one. Is it possible to avoid that? (also maybe this could solve the issue I opened just before on logout timeout). Thank you.
