Android NFR: Add sonobus:// application/address name to be able to scan QR code and connect to Sonobus server IP, port and channel.

Need feature parity with iOS app so users can scan a QR code and have Sonobus automatically open and connect to the server ip/name, port and channel specified. If it can be sonobus:// we can make one QR code and not have to have separate ones for users with iOS and Android.
