Sonobus VST 1.7+ crash with Gig Performer

There's a bug when using Sonobus 1.7+ with Gig Performer (3.8.1), that causes the program to crash. This occurs only when opening the Sonobus window, making me believe this is a GUI related issue. Indeed if we load the plugin with the "auto open plugin window" option disabled, it doesn't crash right away but only when opening it. Tested with 1.7.0, 1.7.1 and 1.7.2. Works fine with 1.6.2 and earlier versions. Tested on Cubase 12, strangely all versions work properly. I am on Windows 11.
