Feature Request: Allow regulating levels for each received channel individually

If the channels of one peer are not used for stereo but e.g. different instruments, it would be nice to allow mixing (and maybe naming) them separately. I hope this has not been covered in any other issue yet. Thanks for your work, very impressive project!

This has been requested a lot on other channels, thanks for putting in here! It's near the top of the list for a future update.
