Cannot type in most input fields when run as vst3 plugin in carla-single

When adding SonoBus vst3 in Bitwig, attempts to write into most input fields have no effect. I am running the latest version of SonoBus installed via apt repo.

I can reproduce the issue in Ubuntu 23.04 and 23.10, running the default Ubuntu desktop environment.

What doesn't work:

• All input fields in the Connect screen, both private and public
• Naming input channels
• Specifying specific UDP port

This seems related to https://github.com/sonosaurus/sonobus/issues/176
