Send Mono halves the sent volume

It feels wrong to me that selecting "Send Mono" results in half the volume being sent compared to "Send Stereo" and "Send Multichannel". I wanted to use "Send Mono" to reduce the traffic, basically, but did not expect this to also reduce the volume, I don't think it should.

This happens as of version 1.6.2 (and earlier, I'm pretty sure)
