On Android keyboard gets stuck closed

Expected behaviour:

• I tap a text field to open up the keyboard
• I press the "back" button on my phone to close the keyboard again
• Tap the same field again, and the keyboard opens up again

Actual behaviour:

• Keyboard does not open the second time unless I tap on a different field first and then come back
