iOS monitor channels 1+2 are mixed together

When using the iOS app, routing/monitoring to output channel "1" also routes the audio to output channel "2" (and vice versa).

This doesn't happen when routing/monitoring to channels 3 or higher (monitoring to a specific channel works as expected there).
