request/suggestion: mouse wheel scrolling speed

The mouse wheel scrolling speed is far too slow. It's only scrolling one line at a time. The same is true for firefox but you can adjust "mousewheel.default.delta_multiplier_y" to 300 in about:config. I would like something similar in Tangram to improve its overall usability.
