Ability to add custom CSS

I couldn't see anywhere to add a Feature Request.

It would be nice to have a way to add custom CSS to get pseudo-dark mode for apps like Telegram/Messenger that don't have dark mode options. I'm not sure if this is possible yet.

@sonnyp Would you accept pull request for this feature request? I am also interested in being able to use custom CSS/ JS. What would be a clean implementation for this? Simply select a CSS and JS file that is then embedded or some kind of plugin?

I would. Maybe start with something without UI — just a user_style.css file in the instance folder ?
