ask plan has duration when sold into spot deal. See https://www.paste.org/96356. We need to investigate how this situation can affect worker (during billing and deal closing) and optimus(during decision whether to delete ask-plan) and possibly set duration to zero, when ask-plan has been sold to spot bid.
