Cases

  1. the user wants to leave a mark, for which he introduced someone into the blacklist.
  2. for Conor - it would be possible to specify the reason code and the time for which the user entered the blacklist.

  • [ ] add a new field into the Blacklist contract (@quasisamurai)
  • [ ] teach DWH how to load such comments from events (@sshaman1101)
