Does this adapter work on PC? Precisely I would need namco neGcon to work on XP 32bit and Win 10 64bit.

Hi. Yes, it does work on PC. I've tested it on windows 7/10/11 and some linux distros. Can't say for sure if it will work on WinXP but it should as it reports as a usb hid gamepad.
