Update BUILD-LINUX.md: qtwebengine5 dependency

Add qtwebengine5-dev and qtwebengine5-dev-tools to build dependencies for Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Otherwise, cmake raises an error.

Oh, dear. I've broken the "Don't do your very first PR on a Sunday morning" rule. Qt5 it is, indeed. (I suppose everything, Ubuntu LTS notwithstanding) is moving to Qt6 anyway).
