system language on OSX Ventura is not properly detected

these languages are detected, switching to confirmed(?) language, and suprise: new Sonic Pi language will be Finnish 🌝

Finland is the [OS] region, the [OS] language is actually English

when Sonic Pi is first installed it defaults its language settings to System language, which is not detected properly 🐈‍⬛

updated the ticket as latest Sonic Pi (4.3.0_1) does not detect correctly the locale and goes straight to English
