coldreboot logging

What I did

Add coldreboot to reboot-cause

How I did it

Add "coldreboot" script to bin which will add the reboot-cause and exec /sbin/coldreboot.

How to verify it

sudo coldreboot
show reboot-cause

Unknown

New command output (if the output of a command-line utility has changed)

@xumia The coldreboot command already exists, but if we use it we can't see the reboot cause(Unknown).
