DASH ACL issues

while testing out the DASH ACL, I found a few issues. Opening this umbrella bug to keep track of them

  • Even though the group is bound to an ENI, I am able to still add/modify rules

  • Update of an ACL rule doesn’t allow updating the prefix list, it allows to modify the action though. this is the error seen

sonic ERR swss#orchagent: :- meta_generic_validation_set: SAI_DASH_ACL_RULE_ATTR_SIP:SAI_ATTR_VALUE_TYPE_IP_PREFIX_LIST attr is create only and cannot be modified

  • Delete ACL group errors out if there are any rules in the group.

taskRemoveDashAclGroup: ACL group group12 still has 1 rules
