Issue Description

test_syslog_protocol_filter_severity introduce some error logs as below: 'ERR rsyslogd: omfwd: parameter "address" not supported for tcp -- ignored [v8.2302.0 try https://www.rsyslog.com/e/1000 ] It might be a test issue.
