Add loganalyzer_common_ignore regexs for FEC counters on broadcom

Description of PR

Summary: This change is to ignore some error in syslog for reading certain FEC counters on unsupported port. Broadcom is in the process of making some fix to it, and before the fix, we could use this change to ignore the error and pass the tests that will use config reload.
