[202405] Update sonic-utilites to the 202405 latest commit

Why I did it

Now the point of 202405 in buildimage is on f14ed6, But f14ed6 is not in the 202405 branch of sonic-utilities repo. This could caused by the time gap between the creation of the 202405 branches of buildimage and utilities repo. To make auto-advance pipeline work, need to manually adjust the point.
