Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Config reload on platform with broadcom TH2 chip

Describe the results you received:

We noticed error in syslog: Jul 5 09:26:31.630036 gd383 ERR syncd#syncd: [none] SAI_API_PORT:brcm_sai_get_port_stats:6815 port fdr stats get failed with error Feature unavailable (0xfffffff0). It should be related to reading certain FEC counters unsupported

Describe the results you expected:

The log should not be printed as error.
