Update Marvell supported platforms

This change updates Marvell platforms as per the current supported platforms in sonic-buildimage.

Following platforms are added,

  1. ARM64-AC5X_RD98DX35xx
  2. ARM64-AC5X_RD98DX35xxCN9131
  3. AC5X_RD98DX35xx
  4. FALCON_DB98CX8580_32CD
  5. FALCON_DB98CX8540_16CD
  6. FALCON_DB98CX8514_10CC
  7. TL10_DBMVTX9180

Additionally added links for downloading "marvell-arm64" and "marvell" Image.
