Cover file not deleted and requester is not recognized

Hello,

I noticed two problems. On the one hand, the cover file is not deleted if you stop or pause playback in Spotify. So that the cover is always displayed in OBS.

It often happens that after the !ssr command the requester is not recognized, so !skip and !remove do not work.

Cover deletion has been implemented in 393ab910ac0033d173101c62cb24cc3caa05bc43

I can reproduce your second issue, but also reworked the code a bit on that part, not sure if that fixes it though, will be in the next update
