Support Denon Heos and other devices that use deviceList

There is a little strangeness in how a heos network shows up, but I was able to play tracks from the web player to my heos with this patch. Closes #2

Works on my Denon Heos Speaker System flawlessly. Would be great to merge into master!

Hi @songchenwen, your project fills a huge hole in Plex, thanks for that. Could you please merge this PR so it works also on Denon and Marantz devices? Thank you!

@garbled1 I pulled your repo and installed in a docker container. Plex can see my denon AVR but plexamp cannot. any ideas? I have the config path set and the data.json populates when I link the AVR.
