Printer paper leftover

Is there a way to fetch the leftover paper status with an usb connection?

It surely depends on your printer model. I tried this for an Epson thermal printer: https://github.com/song940/node-escpos/issues/288 but i'm not sure how to handle the return 🤔 Did you figure out how to do this in your case?

I have currently left this out as this is not a priority for me
