Select Character Code Table

Hello,

According to joined file (page 48) and according to my tests (..), if you want to use a Character Code Table with .text('blabla', 'cpxxx'), you've to select if first with command : Hex 1B 74 n with n described in the file

I suggest you add this function in printer.js like I do ;-)
