Add Helm group repository

It would be extremely useful to have a Helm group repository as other repository types.

At the moment, for every chart outside https://charts.helm.sh scope, I have to create a helm repository proxy, and this is fine, but for deployments it's a pain to specify always the correct proxy instead of using the group one.

Nexus version: OSS 3.68.1-02 in Docker
