Fails to parse S3 license parameter

My NXRM install is failing. Look like same problem seen in https://github.com/adamsb6/s3_file/issues/114. If so a tertiary dependency is breaking the cookbook recipe? The parsing of S3 license crashes using the 's3_file' package dependency which itself uses a 'rest-client' dependency which is poorly maintained and uses very old version.
