Add support for ignoring known vulnerabilities in case of CI mode so that it runs in pipe lines

A 'ignore-vulnerabilities' option has been added that in combination with CI mode returns an error code that corrects for the ignored vulnerabilities. Also fixed some typos and did add a missing GetHashCode that was a build warning
