2 vqgan models don't load

Justin, So many thanks for developing this version of vqgan art generator. I thought I'd send you a note on a persistent problem I'm having. I can't load vqgan models - wikiart_16384 & coco off the collab notebook. Should I run this off Linux for better reliability? Thanks again!

Most of the time this has happened (historically, with this notebook) it's because the person hosting these models has changed the URL or taken them offline. I'm looking for a solution on my end which I can use to reupload and host these, since I have backups of each model.

I have the models downloaded as well. I assume I can hack the code to source them. It seems to disconnect from the local versions when I use Google cloud for computing.
