Bring an option to switch between languages

My curriculum is mixed between English and Hungarian. So I often use Language-Switching-Feature in the header of Neptun. However, Header-Remove-Feature removed the banner, so I no longer can access this. Can you add a drop-down menu in the menu bar? Or a floating button to change the language?
