[Software Center Suggestion] Adding Zoom Conferencing

Zoom is used by a large sum of universities and state colleges for webinars and video conferencing.

They have a tarball installation method; which is how I currently have it installed. However, I'd love to see this software added to the official repo.

As Solus on its own had 99% of everything that I as a student needed OOTB, I feel that with this addition Solus shall be an even better solution, at least for the student UX.
