Connection loss during package dl not handled

I just tried updating a fresh Solus install, and while downloading the updates my IP reset and I lost connection for a minute or so. This caused the SC to forever think it was still downloading the last package before the connection was lost.

Not sure how eopkg handles locks, but I was able to install a package in the terminal normally without having closed the "frozen" SC and after restarting the SC I was able to use it just fine.
