Notifications overlap side panels

Description

When you have notifications set to appear on the same side as a side panel, the notification does not leave room for the panel, and instead overlaps

Steps to reproduce the issue

Create a side panel, set notifications to appear on the same side as the panel, wait for notifications

Actual result

The notification overlaps the panel

Expected result

The notification will give room to the panel
