[Enhancement] improve accessibility of dash layout

1. move "Categories" to the middle of the screen instead of RTL, to keep the consistency with search and application icons themselves “they are all aligned to center”.

2. clicking empty area should exit the dash layout.

3. when pressing super key twice it show the brisk dash layout but doesn't exit if you press it again.
