I'd like to be able to ignore specific kubernetes service from discovery.

Describe the solution you'd like

Either having a udsOption ignoreLabels where we could set service labels that should be ignored, or having an annotation that would be configured for the service and it'd instruct gloo to ignore it in discovery

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using udsOption watchLabels which is tedious in case you only want to exclude a few services.
