I'd like to be able to configure/enable/disable access_logging for console container in gloo-fed-console pod.

gloo-fed.glooFedApiserver.console.accessLog=false helm option would be nice.

Describe alternatives you've considered

If we could at least exclude kubernetes readiness probes or requests coming from localhost in general, that'd help, but it's not currently possible either.

This currently logs also kubernetes readiness probes creating noise
