[gloo-fed] Add podSecuritySpec to fed deployment templates

Allow podSecurityContexts to be defined in gloo-fed deployment charts.

Describe the solution you'd like

This was intended to be included part of https://github.com/solo-io/gloo/issues/7912.

In order to allow the security contexts to be defined for the pods, we can reuse the existing definitions/includes.

And example of where it is being used for gloo-ee: https://github.com/solo-io/solo-projects/blob/b88241fa0ff6287ed71e2e414a9805ad974e96c7/install/helm/gloo-ee/templates/1-redis-deployment.yaml#L107
