Need deeper insight to debug resource consumption and performance issues in Gloo Fed control plane.

Enable pprof to gather and report profiling information.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We support pprof for Gloo Edge control plane, so extending to Gloo Fed allows us to use the same set of tooling for the entire control plane in a Gloo Fed enviroment.
