I installed Gloo gateway to play with it. I accidentially deleted the gateway-proxy kubernetes service and cannot get it added back. My only option is to fully uninstall Gloo and start over.

1. Install gloo

glooctl install gateway enterprise \
  --create-namespace \
  -n gloo-system \
  --version v1.17.2 \
  --license-key $GLOO_LICENSE_KEY

2. delete gateway proxy service kubectl delete service gateway-proxy -n gloo-system
3. Try and fix it

▶ glooctl install gateway enterprise \
  --create-namespace \
  -n gloo-system \
  --version v1.17.2 \
  --license-key $GLOO_LICENSE_KEY
Error: installing Gloo Gateway Enterprise in gateway mode: Gloo has already been installed to namespace gloo-system

Describe the solution you'd like

I should be able to re apply the same installation and overwrite the existing deployment to fix any issues i have.
