Communicate the chart subcomponent name for each subchart

We should communicate to users what the subchart name is for each component of the gloo-mesh-enterprise helm chart. For example, Enterprise Networking's component name is enterprise-networking, so all values passed to the Enterprise Networking component of the gloo-mesh-enterprise helm chart must be prefixed with enterprise-networking.

We could solve this in a few different ways such as:

• providing a sample gloo-mesh-enterprise values file.
• adding a docs page specifically for the Gloo Mesh Enterprise chart.
• adding a note at https://docs.solo.io/gloo-mesh/latest/reference/helm/v1.0.0/ about the subchart name for each component.
