[CI] Fix indentation of environment

When I use autopilot, I saw the indentation of the environmental variable may need to reformat and remove the blank env: label. Please see the PR.

I'm looking to find a project that can help me manage the service mesh applications lifecycle. I used Helm v3 client-go to render the chart to Kubernetes manifest and deploying with Kubernetes' native way. But may the Helm chart does not support one day. So I need to find other ways as a backup. And find a better way. e.g use xxx-ctl or xxx-operater . So, my autopilot as a service mesh SDK will be a very nice idea. And I'm trying to use autopilot and may become a contributor.
