Add the #reset_attributes method

I'd love to see this in Virtus. I'm using Virtus for creating some configurations and sometimes need to reset the whole configuration of my application.

If there's a better alternative, do tell, otherwise please tell me if you're okay with this and do I need to add this to the README.
