E2E #21: Vectorize Diverse File Contents

The issue or feature being addressed

Currently, there is no E2E test of the Vectorization pipelines' ability to handle multiple files of different types, including unsupported ones.

Details on the issue fix or feature implementation

This PR contributes this new test, as well as the necessary supporting changes to the Core.Examples library.
