Upcoming subscription reminders

Reminders have been implemented for some Solidus users, and it would make sense if we could make them part of the extension.

@aldesantis Do you have an example code? We are working down the issues on this extension and if somebody already has done some heavy lifting it would make sense to implement it right now.

@aldesantis we fully bugfixed subscriptions now and this would be on our to do List. Do you have an example for us to integrate?
