[CSS Admin] Loading Spinner out of bounds

Loading Spinner is overlaying the form field edges. Chrome latest, video below image.

Thanks for the clear report. It appears this is no longer an issue on the main branch.

I checked Safari, Chrome, and Firefox and saw no out-of-bounds spinner in the input. Now, there seems to only be the center-screen loading spinner component shown during variant loading.
