Time estimated doesn't seem to accept decimals

Description

Release 0.6.0 deployed in prem using docker. When writing a decimal number in the time estimated inside the project, it reverts to a int

Steps To Reproduce

1. Project \ select \ edit
2. Write a decimal number in time estimated, for instance 1.5 hours for 1h30m
3. When clicking outside of the box, it reverts to 1

Thanks for the report! Our current plan is to change this input field to the input field type that we use for the "Create manual time entry" modal.

Would that solve you issue?

I've seen how you implemented the "Create manual time entry", and my toughs were why wasn't it implemented the same way? I guess it's due to the granularity of the features deployment.
