Rename vite.config.js to vite.config.mjs

Is the mjs extension supported in your minimum supported node version? I used solidjs/templates/js in this tailwind setup and got this "[ERROR] No known conditions for "./vite" specifier in "solid-devtools" package" error and fixed it by renaming the exention.
