[Bug?]: @vanilla-extract/vite-plugin no hmr with solid-start

Current behavior 😯

When I use @vanilla-extract hmr for styles does not work. Even reloading the webpage does not help. I have to restart dev server to see the changed styles applied. Repro

Expected behavior 🤔

Styles should change when edited in .css.ts files.

Steps to reproduce 🕹

Steps:

1. run pnpm dev
2. open page in browser
3. make a change in file src/components/Counter.css.ts
4. style changes are not applied in browser
